๐ Do You Ship Internationally?
Absolutely. We ship to virtually every country in the world. Our production partners make your item at the facility closest to you and send it on its merry way, so wherever you are, if we can reach you, it’ll show up as an option at checkout.
The only places we currently can’t deliver to (because of carrier or legal restrictions outside our control) are:
Russia ยท Belarus ยท Cuba ยท Iran ยท North Korea ยท Syria ยท Ecuador ยท the Gaza Strip ยท and the Crimea, Luhansk & Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
Shipping to Ukraine and Kosovo is currently limited to a small selection of items. These restrictions can change with global carrier conditions.

Every sweater is made to order, so there are two clocks: the time to make it, then the time to ship it.
- Printed items (sweatshirts, hoodies, tees): about 3โ7 business days to make.
- Knitted designs: about 2 weeks to make, because every stitch happens after you order.

- Customs: Some international orders may have customs or import fees charged by your local postal service or government. We can’t predict them and they aren’t covered by us.
- Wrong or damaged? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
- Returns: Because everything is made to order, we don’t take returns for buyer’s remorse or size swaps. Defective or incorrect items are always on us.

Christmas delivery cut-off FAQ
When is the last day to order an ugly Christmas sweater for delivery before Christmas 2026?
It depends on which kind. Knitted sweaters and knit vests close first, on November 15, worldwide. Printed items (sweatshirts, hoodies and tees) run much later: December 11 for standard shipping inside the USA, or December 16 if you choose express at checkout. Shipping outside the USA, printed items close on November 26 standard and December 14 express. Every one of those is the latest safe date, and December is busy for every carrier, so earlier is always safer.
Can I still get a knitted Christmas sweater in time for Christmas?
Only if you order by November 15. Every knit is made stitch by stitch after you order, which takes about two weeks on the needles before it even ships, and knitwear goes standard shipping only. After November 15 the knits stay orderable, they just arrive after Christmas Day, which is fine if you are buying for New Year or for next season.
I missed the knit cut-off. What can I still order in time?
The printed range, and there is a lot of it. Every character in the collection comes as an all-over-print sweatshirt or a knitted-look badge tee, and those are printed to order in three to seven days rather than knitted over two weeks. In the USA you have until December 11 standard, or December 16 with express. That covers most of the cast, plus the couples sets and the kids and toddler sizes.
What is the cut-off for international Christmas delivery?
November 26 for printed items on standard shipping, or December 14 if you choose express at checkout. Knits are November 15 everywhere, including internationally. Delivery times vary a lot by country, from about six to eight business days for Europe to ten to twenty for more distant destinations, so if you are ordering from outside the USA give yourself more room than the deadline suggests.
How late can I order with express shipping?
December 16 inside the USA and December 14 internationally, on printed items only. Express is not offered on knitted sweaters, because the two weeks on the needles happens before anything ships and no carrier can make that up. Express appears as an option at checkout wherever it is available for your address.
What happens if I order after all the cut-off dates?
Your order still gets made and shipped, it simply arrives after December 25. Nothing is cancelled and nothing sells out, because everything is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf. Plenty of people order in late December for New Year parties, and January sweater weather is very real.
