Made to order by hand, so allow up to 1 in (2.5 cm) either way. Chest is half the garment measured flat, so double it for the way round.
The party animal is not always the loud one. Sometimes it is a wombat in a polka-dot party hat and his own little reindeer sweater, standing perfectly still while streamers and confetti go off all around him. The deadpan is the design: one unbothered wombat on a warm amber field, printed edge to edge like a hand knit with a snowflake yoke across the shoulders, a full marching band of round party guests above the hem, band-laddered sleeves, a rosette medallion on the back, and deep brick-red ribbing at the collar, cuffs and hem. This is the sweater for the person who gets dragged out every year and becomes the main character anyway. Printed to order, soft fleece inside, no expression outside. He would like a nap.
